Description
Fretboard Radius Jig, consisting of a milling slide and the radius template. Your own router can be mounted on the milling slide, the slide is moved back and forth on the radius template to mill the radius onto the fretboard.
It is important that you use a smooth, level surface and use the device along a guide. For example, the optionally available guide plate can be used for this purpose, over which the device can be moved lengthwise. However, this can also be easily produced yourself or, if necessary, expanded with aluminum profiles or metal tubes, so that the device has a suitable longitudinal guide.
Milling carriage kit contains:
- three milled parts of the milling slide
- four ball bearings + four screws + four washers
- ! The holes to match your own router still have to be drilled by yourself.
Radius template kit includes:
- two lateral radius template elements with the respective radius
- two fasteners
Guide plate is:
- ~790x140mm guide plate for longitudinal guidance
